The Vila Para plant (99 MW) is located in the Serra Branca cluster, which has a total potential of 1.2 GW. Commissioned during Q3 2016, ahead of its initial schedule, Voltalia was able to sell the electricity generated on the free market with higher sales prices than those secured in the 20-year sales contracts.
