Guyane Saut Maman Valentin

This plant is a 5.4 MW hydroelectric power plant located along the river of Saut-Maman Valentin, in Mana. Voltalia started the development for the Saut Maman Valentin hydropower plant since 2005 and was supported by the Caisse des Dépôts which shared Voltalia's goal: contribute to the development of renewable energy electricity production in French Guiana. This common objective was notably realized in 2008 by the acquisition of a 20% stake in the share capital of Voltalia Guyane.
